  • Please take note that I will be posting work in progress and the final piece on my twitter page.

  • Prices may change depending on the complexity of the design.

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions.

  • Please give credits when posting the artwork.

  • Commercial use artworks are 3x the original price.

  • Full payment after sketch.

  • It is already considered non-refundable when I start coloring the artwork.

Live2D Commission TOS

GENERAL

  • You have agreed and accepted my terms of service below once you have commissioned me.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission if it’s out of my comfort zone.

  • Commercial fees are included, excluding the use for merchandise

  • For commercial merch fees, please contact me about it for further discussion.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND

  • 50% of the payment must be given after I provided the finalized sketch. The rest can be sent after I have finished and provided the model files.

  • If you decided to back out before the sketch is finalized, you will NOT be allowed to use the progress sketches in any form.

  • Refunds are not allowed after I receive 50% payment and have provided the finalized sketch.

  • Paypal invoice.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • The estimated turnaround time for model art alone is within 3-4 months depending on the complexity of the design.

COMMUNICATION

  • Twitter DMs or Discord

  • Delayed client feedback will result in extended model completion time.

REVISIONS

  • I will be providing a progress sketch of your commission, At this stage you can ask for revision as much as you like.

Note: Revisions after the sketch will require an additional payment depending on the complexity
